Under the new MedCo process, a Solicitor must use the MedCo Portal to obtain a medico-legal report relating to a soft tissue claim. The outlook of instructing an unknown agency can be a daunting prospect as you are unaware of the quality and service you are likely to receive. We have done our upmost to make this transition seamless for Solicitors by working very closely with them, inviting feedback so that we can tailor and streamline our services to their requirements.

Medico-legal reports can be instructed by email, or post. Appointments are arranged directly with the client within 12 hours of receiving your instruction. We book the clients into a clinic at a time and location convenient to them. We work passionately to ensure that the whole process from the moment we receive your instructions, through to sending you the completed report is effortless ensuring we go above and beyond any other agency.
